What is your shipping policy?

Each order will be sent between 3 to 5 business days + days sent by mail, which may vary depending on the season, you will receive your tracking number to track your package.
We are not responsible if the address entered is incorrect or if packages stated as delivered have not arrived.

What happened with lost packages?

We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to their destination, if your order is marked as delivered and is lost at the final destination, we will not refund your order.

What is the next step if I got incorrect accessories?

We offer a 5 day claim period. If 5 days have passed since your purchase is marked as delivered in the system, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
The item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.
If the return meets the requirements, a voucher for the same value of the purchase will be given, no money will be returned.
The earrings are exempt from return for hygiene reasons.
Other items exempt from return/exchange are accessories on sale.
