RETURN POLICY
1) LOST PACKAGES We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to their destination. If your order is marked as delivered and is lost at the final destination, we will not replace your order.
2) REFUND ISLU Accessories does not offer any refunds.
3) CHANGES (If applicable)
• All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
•We only replace defective or damaged items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including its original packaging.
• Exchanges for broken or damaged parts have up to 3 days maximum after arrival. To return your product, contact us via Instagram by private message or by email at sluaccesories@gmail.com
• We require a receipt or proof of purchase. • Important: You are responsible for paying your own label and return shipping costs.
